We supply a full range of Underlay and Accessories. We can recommend the underlay, adhesive and any accessories you may require to go with the product.

We love the fact that Ted Todd are committed to supplying 100% natural oak flooring from sustainable, well-managed forests, mostly made and sourced in Europe.
Ted Todd are also Carbon Negative because trees absorb and store carbon, FSC® and PEFC™ certified and have full chain of custody. The floors are fully recyclable at the end of use.
Ted Todd Flooring can be used with underfloor heating, but please read this guide if you or your installer are doing the install.
Delivery & Returns

Firstly you can talk to an advisor, visit our showroom and order a free sample to make sure you order correctly. However, in this case you do want to return the product then please read below.
If there is a manufacturing fault please contact us to resolve this free of charge if the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
For left over materials such as a threshold or packs of flooring we can’t accept returns.
We can’t accept returns for bespoke products such as stained thresholds or machined to order floors.

‘Kerbside’ means that your items will be delivered to the nearest hardstanding adjacent to or on your property.
Unfortunately drivers cannot unload the items off the pallet due to health and safety regulations and it is the customers responsibility to do this. Most of our customers either arrange for us to help them unload the items for a fee, ask their tradesperson to help, arrange help from a friend or family member or unload it themselves.
For the cost of a ‘dedicated carry in delivery service ‘please contact us for a price (subject to area).
PAYMENT
We accept Credit or Debit card but are unable to accept Amex. We also accept bank transfer.
We do not accept Cash, Cheque, PayPal or Cryptocurrency at this point.
